The confidence is growing for RECAF. Just hoping it dips some more in the next month. Have some money put aside for it, but don’t want to add more just yet.. I’ll see where it’s at in a couple weeks and go from there. If they continue this stretch of success and positive moves it’ll be at least $10 in a few months and hopefully a good bit higher by the end of the year so I don’t really have a problem adding at the price it’s at right now. I want to get to 1500 shares so about double what I have right now

It is overpriced, nothing they have released constitutes the rise in price.

Not even the fact that they found oil in the first well?

Ill edit it to state what they said in a press release.....the first well "provides clear evidence of a working conventional petroleum system in the Kavango Basin."

That is a very broad loose term that can mean anything from a screaming producer to they found trace oil in cores/cuttings. Even if it is a solid find this is a shale play, not conventional. Then you have to account for there is zero infrastructure in the area.

A long way to go on this.

Fair enough. Im not in the field nor claiming i know anything about how the whole process works.

I was just assuming the stock price movement had something to do with that announcement.

The intial jump yes, the rally after the dip is what has me confused.

Same, moved a few K more into my TDA that's ready. Watching closely for an entry point. Kind of kicking myself for not going in at $4.90s last week. We'll see if it drops back down to that, but confidence in that happening is shaky at best after these last few days.

I am with you. The fall back into the 4-5s made since to me. Where it is at currently does not but looks like I will have to add at a higher point than I hoped.

Volume is finally back down to "pre-good news" levels. Significant drop today.

Is there inside info or something pushing this?

Just sold the news at $8.00...

Plan to double my shares when/if it falls back below $7.00 in a few weeks

You should be able to buy this in the 4s. But I am hoping for a 6.50 spot.

I'd like to add shares but may have to bite the bullet and pay now. I doubt we see $4. What makes you think that this is a shale play? This is a new discovery. The easy stuff will be sucked up first and looks like that will last a long time.

Not to be a dick but you need to do more DD, the whole premise is based on this being like and kind to the Permian.

But I agree, we will not see 4s again. The way this is moving probably will not see 5s.

I am thinking they have really good results and the info is making the rounds with industry insiders. The guys who started this are very well known.

That being said I am not buying high on just my hunch. Waiting on pullback to add.

Yes, it's similar to the Permian Basin in west Texas. How long had that basin been producing before fracking hit the scene bigtime? The easy oil gets produced first. If the thing is like the Permian the easy oil will last a long time.

Leo DiCaprio posted about Namibia and Recon Africa on instagram. RECAF definitely getting more popular. Though he wants to shut it down but still
