2 bed/2 bath 1200+ sqft... my mom and I own it. I have lived here since 99 when it was built so it needs some cosmetic work before it is sell-worthy. That would require a little time...we were going to wait till I had moved all my crap out to take care of it. I would have to talk with my mom... not sure if she would be comfortable doing that. It's a great place to live though and perfect location... going to kill me to leave it. Lots of memories!

Hey Mom,
I'am about to list one that is 1 1/2 blocks from the south gates. Boyd Place Condo's located at E Boyd and Janet. It is 2BR/2BA around 1,400 sq-ft 10' ceilings w/crown moldings, granite counter tops, 2 patios, 2 covered parking,alarm. Awesome location we walk to games and close to everything. Bought new in 07. I plan to sell mine in Lake Beau Pre soon. Very nice gated townhouse complex on river road. It is not walkable to campus but is very safe and very nice. At the corner of river road and brightside, straight shot down river road to campus ~ 2 miles.
