Anyone know of a nice one for sale within walking distance of campus. Had one we were supposed to look at, but they sold it before we got a chance to see it.

I know of a nice little one bedroom that will be going on the market. It's in a great area, but it's not within walking distance. Sorry.

Would really like a 2BR/2BA. Its for my daughter and she really would prefer having a roommate. We found a really nice one, but it was off Perkins. The one we were trying to see was off Boyd - Highland Village. If anyone knows of one around that area - let me know.

A Dr. I know has one, across from Mike Andersons. I talked with him a couple weeks ago and he was putting it up for sale. Its 2/2 or 3/2.

They have a few at the Highlander Condos. Walking distance, all students.

My older daughter lived over on that side in Campus Crossing. If I'm going to buy something, I want to be on the other side of campus. Thanks - I appreciate the help.

thats a lot closer than the one yall were looking at off of perkins. its straight shot to campus . I live in Beau Chene condos which is across the street from mike andersons and i love it. if you buy from them, more than likely they will put down new carpet for you and stuff. we bought ours right after they remodeled it.

LSU Dad got my e-mail address - I'll probably look into it. The one off Perkins would end up being something for her to keep and live in after college if she stayed in BR which I doubt. Liked it because it was more young professionals vs students and had a 2 car garage.

How big is it and what will you want for it? I wanted her to be able to take advantage of the 1st time homebuyer tax credit which would mean having something under contract before the end of the month and needing to close by June 30th. You could live in it another month.
