I'm considering making a career move, but wondering the pros & cons on petro vs. oil/gas. I do know there are many opening in both fields, but the application process/hr/pool is heavily stocked. Any advice? or Pros in the industry with openings?

BTW. 7yrs exp. w/ BS Chemistry/Biology. Management/Leadership Graduate LSU

In general more money in Oil and Gas, but there may be more demand for Chemical engineering in PetroChem or the Downstream(Refinery) sector of Oil and Gas.
