Can you roll over capital gains from home sale into a qualified retirement account to avoid tax on sale? IS this possible....Any CPA advice is greatly welcomed..

Career Change: PetroChem to Oil/Gas..Stay or Leave?

I'm considering making a career move, but wondering the pros & cons on petro vs. oil/gas. I do know there are many opening in both fields, but the application process/hr/pool is heavily stocked. Any advice? or Pros in the industry with openings?

BTW. 7yrs exp. w/ BS Chemistry/Biology. Management/Leadership Graduate LSU
