I’m about to change banks and have credit cards with both. I’d like to make one of them my personal bank as well. Which is better for a personal account?

I would say there or probably going to be about even. I’ve used chase for 10+ years and have never had a problem. App works great and I only physically go in the bank when I have something odd that needs to be done.

All of my experiences with capital one’s customer service have been great. Not one complaint. A friend of mine uses chase and the branch down here has like one person working the counter and machines that handle the rest of the people that come in, she hates it.

Chase has the best credit cards.
Capital one mobile deposit is superior in my opinion.
I have both for various accounts

I have a checking account with Chase and one with Capital One.
Never had a problem with either, and haven’t noticed one being better than the other in anything.

I've moved to Sofi Money for checking because I like being efficient with interest. Been working well. Earning full dollars compared to 2 cents with USAA is nice. Fee free ATMs.
Have Schwab for international since they also have fee free ATMs but don't charge foreign transaction fees. Again, those fees aren't going to kill you one trip a year but with the internet it's easy.
