If Soxx makes a $506 to $330 move, would mean SOXL drops by about 80% from here.

Yet again, he’s probably right, but far too early

Agreed it's inevitable but hard to go against the momentum trade right now. However everyone is currently piling in. Zero chance this can continue and these companies actually reach fair valuation, most of the holdings are cyclical and once we hit over supply prices will plummet.

The delays and outright cancellations in data centers is the slowly building resistance to this trade

The play would be sosx-trading at less than $10

A $506 to $330 move is a 35% decrease.
Last time SOXX had a similar decrease over about 7-8 months was:

August 19,2024= $232 close
April 4.2025 = $157 close

Corresponding SOXL:
August 19,2024: $41 close
April 4, 2025 close: 8.70 close.

Decrease of around 79%.

It’s never gonna be an exact apples to apples given the decay embedded in SOXL but you can infer what it’d be around if SOXX came back to Burry’s target. And a drop to $330 would still be a 10% gain on on the year

I know that SOXL isn't supposed to be held due to the reset.....but, It has never and will never go to ZERO. I bought a lot of SOXL from$12 all the way through $45.

Starting to take profits and setting up exactly for that event ALL OVER AGAIN.
