I have Barron's, the Motley Fool. I check out Zack's.

I am thinking of Seeking Alpha.

Are there some good ones I am missing? Please share. I have only been in the game for 3 months. I have TD Ameritrade, but I haven't fully converted over.

What is worth the subscription? I really use Yahoo (free) to keep track day to day, but I would like to get more when it comes to a "heads up".

What do you guys use? Rank them.

Posting to follow this thread.

Currently, I only use the investing.com app. So far I like it. It tells you every time a stock is down or up 5%, when a stock reaches all times highs and earnings alerts. Easy to add or remove stocks to your watchlist.

Take a look at "The Fly.com/news". It's free.

Another thing I have been doing is getting free trials of several sites, downloading all of their future casting predictions (i.e. 5G revolution stock picks), etc. and then cancelling.

Seeking Alpha is hit or miss when it comes to actual analysis, but in terms of breaking news coverage, they are hard to beat. Rarely do they miss a major macro headline, such that if you stay on top of their news feed, you’ll have a pretty good pulse on the markets / economy.

Of course, for digging down further, you’ll have to broaden your horizons. But SA does a good job of pointing you in the right direction. If you upload your portfolio, you’ll get notifications on all your stocks in real time.

I found SeekingAlpha to be quite good. You can link up (import) your brokerage account portfolio and it has a plethora of articles (more than I have seen) in one place. Getting plenty of notifications on my phone as well. I am not done setting it up yet.

cgrand has one he liked. I think it started with an 'O'.

The only thing Yahoo still does well is their finance segment. I use their app for anything outside of my actual TD Ameritrade account.
