You will get the same warning from Fidelity about unsettled funds. I'm pretty sure its industry practice for funds to be settled before buying more stock with those funds.
I don't have a problem buying with unsettled funds as long as I don't trade the stock before it is settled. I generally avoid doing it though. Too easy to make a mistake and get a 90 day freeze.

Can’t recommend Webull enough. Trading hours from 3AM to 7PM. Even if you’re under 25k they allow 3 day trades per 5 day rolling period.
I see the others go down relatively often too.

If settlement restrictions are your only issues with vanguard then check and see if they offer limited margin for your account. It should not cost anything to set up and use.

We've had good luck with TD Ameritrade and Schwab, but rarely use margins in those accounts. If margin trades are a major focus, you might give Interactive Brokers a look.

There are laws around trading on unsettled funds regardless of broker. Are you wanting to trade on margin?
I have a wells account for my banking/it has a brokers account attached to it. I used to have wait after making a trade if i only had a certain amount in my brokage account but with it attached to checking i just transfer money from checking and i can trade almost immediately with those funds. Really nice.

I use Fidelity and I like it very much. But, I've never used anything else so nothing to compare it to.
Same. I’m also not an particularly active trader.

I have used Ally since they bought TradeKing. Not a active day trader or anything, usually make 5-10 trades a month only.
The interface is nice, mobile app works great, and no complaints. Probably not as much built in research, etc as some of the bigger brokerages.
I've thought at times about trying out TDA or one of the other big brokers, but honestly I can't find a reason to switch.

If you’re not particularly active, and you’re happy with Ally (or some other), I’d just stick with whatever gets the job done for you.
Especially with options, I’m very active, and TDA’s Think or Swim is what I rely on. It’s got as much as most anyone would need, but it does have something of a learning curve - especially the desktop version. Based on what one of the higher ups at TDA told me several months ago, gaining ToS (and the pro and semi-pro traders that would come with it) is a major reason for Schwab buying TDA. So ToS will remain under Schwab, largely unchanged.

Schwab is the goat. If you're going to do lots of trading though its platform may not be for you. I like it the most because it doesn't make me want to sit and stare at it like robinhood. But they have top notch customer service
