ACTEC is the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel. Find someone holding this designation and they will know what they are doing.
Otherwise, look for reccs but I would narrow to people who specialize in the area. I don’t have any to pass along in BR. Sorry and good luck.

I have a question too: MIL passed with a small 401K left. Wife is only child and will leaves everything to her. How is the transfer gonna go down? MIL pays taxes and transfers the remaining to wife? Or wife gets the lump and pays taxes at our rates?
