I have been kicked out of online banking app twice. Meaning it locks me out for no reason. They have no idea why. They are constantly doing online maintenance. I have the majority of my money in Whitney and am constantly having problems looking at my accounts. It makes me nervous. I have a chase account that a small portion of my check goes to(did a promotion). I have had zero problems with them. I’m seriously considering closing my Whitney because of online banking. Anyone else having problems?

I've heard friends recently complaining about online banking for Whitney, USAA, and Capital One. I'm not sure if they all share some back-office or something.

I just switched some organization accounts from Chase to Whitney because Chase is run by a bunch of fee-gouging bastards. So don’t put your money there.

I have zero problems w/CapOne, regular or 360.

Have had chase for a while and never ran into this. Any examples?

One account is a basic, minimal checking for a small organization. Balance hovers around $2K. Chase used to be free at this level, but it recently jumped to $3K as the minimum free balance. Account sees maybe 12 debits and 5 deposits in a calendar year...Chase’s monthly fee for this is $30/mo. Whitney charges NOTHING for a basic business checking account.

What makes me angry at Whitney is why they are so slow on depositing checks through the app. It has taken up to 3 business days just recently for a check to go through. Cap One and others are normally next day. Also, when receiving cash through different apps, the money takes more than a business day, even with paying the expedited fee.

My issue with Whitney-Hancock is that they assign a transaction number to mobile transactions but not at desktop. I transfer between accounts and pay credit cards but they refuse to issue a tracing/transaction number. I feel confident there is identification number they just don’t share it. How can I positively identify similar transactions?

Must have a Whitney employee in here down voting us. I’m going with chase for checking and discovery for savings account.

Btw today I tried to login and it said something like error has been forwarded on. Try back later. Was the final straw.
