Zilla why do you not use USAA? From my experience and everyone I know that uses them they blow everyone else out of the water as far a service and price goes.

I suggest you run, not walk, from Allstate. I had Allstate home and auto for years, assuming their rates were good. Had some minor damage with Gustuv and found out they paid nothing b/c of 5% hurricane deductible. Called Safeco on recommendation from a friend and got better home rate from Safeco even with Safeco's homeowners dedecutible of 0% and also got better auto rate from Safeco for same coverage.

I am not shilling for Safeco. Point is Allsate's premiums and coverage are horrible -- do yourself a favor and spend the time getting some other quotes.

I honestly have no idea if it is or not; however, there is probably no place with better service and less hassle than usaa.

That's your stupidity, not Allstate's.
