AirBnB listing question

I've got an efficiency condo that has been on Airbnb for a while, and has done quite well. Our property manager is no longer managing short term rentals, so I need to take over the listing and managagment. I'm filling out the Airbnb info, and I'm unsure of "guest requirements".
I'd be interested to hear from experienced folks any suggestions on this?

We don’t do the instant book for the guest requirements nor do we require a photo of the person to book.
I think that is all they ask for in that section.
