Interested in purchasing our first investment property for short term rentals on Mississippi coast. Have the necessary down payment and great credit score but don’t really want to give up all that cash. Are there lenders that will do less than 20-30 percent down?

for a rental? hardly. most are at 20-25%. if not more for a private mortgage.

you might find one at 15% down somewhere.

Not in my experience. 20% is what I pay.

Not in my experience. What loan product are you planning to use?
