1st time home buyer

Anyone know if there is or will be any first time homebuyer tax deductions, credits, or any incentives in 2012? Federal or state?

I don't know of Fed or State incentives right now; but Jefferson Parish has bond money loans available with low down-payments and 3.5% grants toward closing costs.
