Booing. Sorry fellas... that looked really bad on TV. If I was a potential recruit, I think I would be considering other teams. I mean, I'm not sure if you're booing your QB, head coach, offensive coordinator, or whoever... but the point is... it "looks" like you're booing your own team. I know you guys are the most passionate fans in the country, so it's somewhat understandable... but come on... you've gotta cut that crap out!

Could not agree more. My 8-year-old daughter was with me for her first game. Embarrassment doesn't even begin to describe my feelings. You will have people on this board endlessly rationalize it. It's a business. I pay good money. Blah blah blah. It's pathetic and there's no getting around it.

Good post skip. Its nice to see an outsiders view. And as much as people want to bitch and moan I just cant do it. Yea,we have our problems on offense but we are still winning and its hard to argue with that. I cant wait to see what we are capable of when we get this bad boy clicking on all cylinders. Could get nasty for some folks. Good luck to the EERS the rest of the way!

That's pretty lame. Because you paid money gives you the right to be selfish with your own feelings and embarrass the hell out of your team on national TV? As of the booing is going to help anything anyway? Lame. It's not about "them". It's about representing your school, not yourself. And you don't represent your school by booing it on national TV in front of the world to see - no matter how much you paid for a ticket.

Uhhh...what about Crowton and the playcalling?

if what's being said is true, Crowton has a "short list" of what he can call that MUST be approved by Miles.

Thanks, and I agree on the booing, but I can't put much stock into an observation about our qb and offense based off of 1 game you saw. We've been seeing this for almost 2 years now.

This is funny, and it's actually true!

LSU should have blown out UNC and WVU when they had the chance...

LSU was one careless Noel Devine play of losing last night's game

LSU needed a TE to miss two catchable balls in the endzone to win that one.

The offense will lose us some games IF they don't pick it up

That is a very astute and beautiful piece of writing. Thank you for posting it here on the Rant.

I through a dig at you on another thread yesterday. I was just having fun, but it was probably rude. My apologies.

I have always admired WVU football and would love to see a game in Morgantown and am going to try to make it to the LSU game there next year!

if it's true then Miles, and not Crowton needs to go.

if we ran the same plays in '07 today we'd be putting up 30 a game.

No problem at all! Keep giving hell to the fans of the other team. It's football! The unwritten rule of the rant - Thick skin and a sense of humor is REQUIRED!
