I can't stand TigerLee, but I think I can make out someone say Jordan around the 8 second mark, but I don't think it is the same voice that is yelling Jeff immediately following that. I do someone in white getting in a kick AFTER the guy in black, but none of us have any idea who it is.

As for as I can see, there isn't much that can be seen, but can someone explain to me what, if anything, can be proven from this?

Not much. Just that the guy in black does the kicking, as clearly as it can be made out.

To me it looks like the girl is friends with the guy on the ground a is shocked when the guy in black kicks him and you can hear the girl saying get him to my car at the end when they are helping the guy on the ground walk away at the end of the video. IMO

It is definitely there. If he didn't kick the guy then he stepped on him. Not 100% sure on the girl, but it does look like she kicks him.

It does sound kinda like that, listening to it again.
If this is the case, then the police are lying, no? At least about not being there when the fight was still ongoing.
