Yep, it's one FELL swoop.
And while we can't excuse the complete lack of a gameplan on Jan. 9th, it's the only game we haven't been competitive in Mile's tenure.

Can't agree with this, though. Yes, the NC game sucked, but we did make it here after the best regular season in history. Hell, the Patriots lost their last 2 Super Bowls after #1 seeds--think they feel any worse than us?
And as for Feb. 1, yes, some big recruits from Louisiana fell through, but Scout rated our class #6, because they included Jeremy Hill, who the other services ignored due to being a year out of high school. AND we shored up our linebackers. AND we're two deep at every position.
You said "worst period of LSU football that I can remember". I guess you're too young to have lived through the drudgery that was 1990's LSU football? I got my season tickets in 2000 in the bowl because of folks dropping them after Dinardo's last two years.
You, my lucky friend, are currently experiencing the golden age of LSU football. Forget the last game and enjoy the rest of the ride, 'cause who knows how long it will last?

Lee received a full ride to LSU for 5 years and won a sec championship ring, he and his family have a lot to be happy about regarding LSU. It didn't go exactly like he may have invisioned it but life rarely does.

Frick it, im in. I am Looooziana born and raised, but I now live behind enemy lines near Gulf Shores, one thing is for sure, I will support my team at all cost and stand up to any gump that stands in line. I never, never, NEVER disliked any person because of a sports affiliation, but thats the worst GD fan base I have ever, ever, EVER had to deal with. I couldnt be more in, ima need a piero to get out.

Playing in the NCG, having a top 20 recruiting class, AND being a pre-season top five isn't

Hell, most people would be SUPER JEALOUS to have one of the three. Losing a game sucks, but it's just a game.

I am riding this Tiger train until the wheels fall off. Sometimes you have to take a loss like a win and remember that pain, because it makes the good times that much sweeter. All Tiger fans fall in, cause we going all in.

This is a silly post. Who died and made you in charge of opinions? I'm thinking this country is still a Democracy where anyone and everyone can voice their opinions. Most of the Ranters who are complaining about the BCS game are not against LSU but wanting the real answer why the #1 rated quarterback in the SEC did not play anymore after 8 games. And why he wasn't at least given a chance to save the day in the BCS when things were going real bad for JJ and the offense. For you to say that if someone doesn't agree with YOUR opinion is against LSU is just plain stupid.
