For me, it depends on Bo’s status and who we get back before I can make a real prediction.

9-3 with a slim shot at 10-2. Note historically we don't play well in Lexington.

Pelini and SE return 7-5 or 6-6

Pelini gone and SE returns 8-4

Pelini returns and SE gone 7-5 or 6-6

Both gone 11-1 or 10-2, unless Ed bungles the hiring AGAIN then all bets are off.

Assuming we play the expected slate..
- @ UCLA
- vs. McNeese State
- vs. Central Michigan
- @ Kentucky
- Plus normal SECw/Florida rotation

..I would expect 9-3 to be the floor. But a LOT depends on who comes back, both at LSU and other SECw schools.

I’ll feel pretty good about having a fighting chance in the division if we lose 1 or less OL, 1 or less DL, and get Gilbert back. But if we lose 3-4 OL, Logan, Farrell, and have more “opt outs” closer to the season, it could get rough again.

O went 2-4 against the SEC west, with 2 wins against OM and Arky by less than a score. His 4 west losses were all by more than a TD. He’ll need to flip those losses to get to 10-2 and all the other top 10 type records posted.
