P Bean; We only play 56 regular season games before regionals are announced. We have a 24-13 record. There are only 19 games left in regular season. We would need to win 16 out of 19 games just to win 40 games.

I expect LSU baseball to win every game, with one-two exceptions per year, where they have an overwhelming talent advantage(all mid-week games and most OOC games). I expect more hard hit ground balls & line drives than weak pop-outs and strikeouts, especially against 2nd line pitching.I expect the team to be competitive in every SEC weekend & win nearly all the series. I expect the whole lineup to be competent hitters who will battle at the plate and have consistently quality ABs and get timely hits when they are needed to score runs. That is the history & level of talent of LSU baseball.
