I have noticed the boys have taken to just down voting - they have little to hang on with all the NO O folks - LOL

LSU and O beat Alabama and Nick - O becomes the new King of the SEC

For several years, I've talked myself into thinking we were the better team...despite obvious holes in that thought process. We all know how the last several years have turned out.

I think we're the better team, and I haven't had to talk myself into that this year. It's right there on paper and when you watch the games. Bama will have to play better than they have all year, and we will have to play as bad as we have all year if we're going to lose. That certainly is possible, but I believe we have the mental edge this year to prevent an implosion.

With that said, I think both teams showcase how good they are. Each team will have their moments. Expect some back and forth, with a late field position flip that LSU capitalizes on to go up by 2 scores...then a late score by Bama to tighten it back up...then a big defensive series by LSU to close it out.

Not hating on you at all. I wish you would post every day. I loved your optimism and outlook on LSU.

If the officiating is impartial, I think we win. I’m skeptical that we’ll get a level playing field though.
