And you’re talking in circles again being a hypocrite. You literally just posted that a jury would never believe the conversation on tape was anything but guilty when they’ve already brought that evidence to trial and it was inadmissible. So you use court lingo when it suits you then shoot it down when you wanna run from your own statements. The fact is the wiretap was vetted by the NCAA and a judge and ruled to be a nothing burger by both entities. You don’t know what you’re talking about. You keep saying the NCAA agrees with you when the fact is they don’t.

The most important part of this is that the NCAA knows (based on the context of the conversation).

what do they truly know? And more importantly, is that able to be proven?

I know proof is rarely needed when your "strenuous objection" is be yelled, but if you can show me any proof, that may sway my opinion.

With what standard of proof do they operate?

......since you claim to know so much.

Wade can claim the context of the conversation was to keep Dawkins "entertained " by impressing him with hyperbole about his recruiting tactics. After all, a future relationship with Dawkins is CRITICAL
to Wade having access to the elite players Dawkins influences. He can also add he would NEVER knowingly violate NCAA rules. Combine that with no money trail, how can you arrive at the conclusion that Wade is paying players?

Whenever someone's argument fails, they resort to name-calling. Very predictable.
There IS no arguement "genius." ALL CBB teams pay for their receuits.

There is actual proof that Zion made bank. But is Dick Vitale, other media talking heads, the NCAA, making any noise about it? No they aren't.

THAT is what the real point of all this is. We, the LSU fans, call bullshite on those pointing fingers at Wade, when they all know good and well all the teams do the same DAMN thing.

He never said what the offer was. It could have just been a scholarship.

Some would say that a free education is a damn strong offer.
