Do you realize that you have a poorly ranked run defense?
Do you realize that we have a strong, physical rushing attack?
If you stack the box, do you realize that our qb had a 78% completion for 213 yards against a good SEC defense?

I really do. You guys forget that last year we had the 3rd ranked defense in the country. Casteel has done wonders for our defence using the 3-3-5 . You can watch game film all you want but until you face it. And lets be honest your offense hasn't been impressive as of yet. You only avg around 300 total yds per game. So if we dont turn the ball over and give you great field position I see you guys kicking a lot of field goals.

If LSU palyed WVU's schedule the d would be #1 by a landslide. If WVU played LSU's schedule your d wouldn't be in the top 50.

Have you watched us play? we may not stack up a ton of yards but our running attack is bruising. We have long drives which gives our D time to rest up.
For both the Oregon and Miss. St. game in the 4th quarter you could tell we just plain out had more stamina and they were totally whipped. I expect much of the same this weekend. No way your team can match us physically for 4 quarters.

1.) We have played 2 ranked teams that will end up having Top 25 defenses.
2.) We had short fields against Oregon.
3.) We rested most of our starters in the second half of our cupcake game instead of trying to make the score/numbers look better.
4.) We are a running team. This runs the clock and shortens the game. Fewer possessions mean fewer stats.
But as a consolation prize: our opponents have worse stats than us. (Exceptions are Oregon scoring/stats in the 4th, and MissSt's last drive).

Ok, look, here's the real kicker.
WVU's Defense has given up an average of 200 ypg passing and 120 ypg rushing in 2011.........against freaking Marshall, Norfolk State, and Maryland.
Even if LSU only gets 320 yards of offense ( which is what you are giving up to pansies ), we should still win because our D will stifle the passing game, you have no running game, and Geno will once again be so scared that he lines up behind the guard.
ETA: the fact is Ware will rush for 150, Ford will go for 120, and Lee will pass for another 150-200.
