Off base? I'm just saying I think we as fans should just look at it from a fan perspective. I get that the money helps the schools, and recruiting opens up depending on states, etc. I just like to keep it simplified. That's all.

Your coach is very passionate. He also is very good. Your team stood up most of the game and played toe to toe. Your team would be a welcome addition to our conference. As far as booing goes, some faction of our fan base boos its own players. They are probably the same ones bitching about your fans. But, it is a college game and booing shouldn't happen for either team.

Our problem is we play to the level of the competition, always have. On paper WVU should win the BEast just about every year, but we don't get up for games like UConn and Cuse the way we do for the games we circle on our calendar. It's kind of crappy deal, you've got what should be a cake walk of a conference, and the W's don't really make you all that pumped, and L's depress you ridiculously because they shouldn't happen. I'd just prefer we play a schedule where we have some top 25 competition on the reg.

I can promise you this, Muschamp will not make comments about our players on the field or off. He may get animated, but it will not be directed towards college age atheles without the name Florida on their helmets.

there is a difference between yelling at your players or the officials, and being a douche to the opposing team's players.

Very good game, WVU off is VERY skilled and matched up against us very well. The Receivers made comments prior to the game that they would burn us, the Def Backs made comments during pregame, they both trashed talked the entire game, both had their moments, but they are KIDS, they get to "prove it", pay them back, etc from whistle to whistle.
HOWEVER, the over 30 crowd (coaches, media) should not EVER get so emotionally involved that they tell players they are "f...ing pu..ies", or point at a kid and tell him to "f... off". It was embarrassing to all adults watching on national TV!
I continue to be more and more impressed and happy that Les is our coach and is the professional on the sideline, because he represents my University very well. Whether you like it or not, or see it our not, people who do not know anything about WVU as a University now associate your University with your head coach.

Not trying to stir shite up, but your fired up coach git his arse beat by what most consider one of the more untintelligent ciaches out there. You also dont see that fire from miles and us often caught eating grass and staring with a blank look on his face.
