How did all these Somalians know they could come here and start 'fraud-ing' and scamming? Who coached them on how to do this? I doubt they came up with it on their own. Smart people I guess.

If she is here illegally, how many others came here based in some way on her being here “legally”? I think her father also lied about his refugee status as he was some communist trained army officer in Somalia.
The entire culture of Somalia, and much of Africa, is based on theft, scams and deceit. Now it’s combined with the Muslim principle of lying to non-Muslims to promote the faith. She has to go back or go to prison.
