Just jumped all down Maria Taylor's throat for asking the obvious question very politely and professionally. After that, she made him look worse by very professionally moving on without missing a beat. Good on her!

I actually thought Saban’s response was better and the question was part of the politically correct media trying to start shite and cause controversy. I’m not butt hurt over Saban, he just keeps winning and doesn’t let anyone force him into saying something to disrupt that goal. ESPN is liberal as hell

I disagree. He stood up for both his QB’s.

I thought he chewed her arse pretty good though she took it well. It wasn't her fault really -- she asks questions that she's told to ask. The media should get the hint though and quit trying to start shite all the time.

Pretty tame, but definitely gets your players (and recruits) fired up to play for you.
As far as Maria Taylor, it just shows he treats her like anyone else in the media. There have been many political and sports figures in the past that had reporters wearing it as a badge of honor that they got chewed out by them. It's kinda the legendary level some people have attained.
