Would you support a TS entertainment district?

Thinking about the budget deficit I was wondering how athletics could drum up additional funding beyond PE or TV deals.

I recently attended a Braves game. We spent two hours eating and dining ahead of the game while listening to live bands. The area around the stadium has several businesses generating funding regardless of gameday events. We even stayed after the game at a bar outside the stadium while traffic died down. I know tailgating would eat into this but there’s thousands visiting fans who do not have many options

I can’t help but think LSU could do something similar. Hotel, restaurants, pop-up bars around the stadium that could operate for all LSU events year round. Providing additional revenue streams for athletics. NIL is just gonna get more expensive and we need to do something different.
