More delusional make believe

Your posts get more ridiculous and once again, you never have the balls to comment on Belichick's PATHETIC record as a HC at Cleveland and NE sans Brady. Football virgin coward!
Posted on 12/14/24 at 8:57 pm to NotaStarGazer
You’re describing yourself again and showing how weak your argument is. Plus you’re lying

Yeah, and Saban is a much better coach than Belichick ever hoped to be. That is because Saban didn't have the best QB ever playing for him and yet had a winning record almost every single year. Brady not only brought his talent to NE but when he took haircuts on his salary, NE was able to bring other talented players to join the team. Belichick is doomed to fair at UNC. He is too old...not a player's coach...can't handle the media...and he isn't a good HC unless he has a Brady like QB.

Alabama’s players carried Saban, he sucks.
Posted on 12/14/24 at 9:02 pm to Madking
Still too gutless to bring up Belichick's pathetic record as a HC without Brady as QB. Football virgin cowardly punk. God, your parents and relatives must be so ashamed of you!

Saban won at LSU also. Belichick sucked as Cleveland coach. The more you post, the more you prove yourself a football virgin!
Posted on 12/14/24 at 9:04 pm to NotaStarGazer
Now you’re arguing against your own logic again. Saban was dogshit at Miami and had the most talent at Alabama so by your standards he sucked.
Posted on 12/14/24 at 9:06 pm to Madking
The team has to have a good GM also. Saban can't control that. Belichick had more control in his NFL teams than Saban had.

Once again you prove you know nothing about how NFL teams are run. Football virgin strikes again! God, you are the MOST STUPID poster on this board! BTW, Saban was never fired or not retained. Even Robert Kraft didn't want the clown Belichick anymore in NE.

This is the most entertaining melt I’ve seen here in awhile

I agree. You admitting you are a football virgin who doesn't even understand anything about football is embarrassing. BTW, I have a life unlike you so I will leave this topic for now. But don't worry...I will eventually respond to your next post. And since I know you obsessive compulsive and have to respond, I will drive you even more crazy than you are now. Watch for my next comment like the little dog that you are. I'm playing with you so much it is funny! Bye for now, football virgin DIPSHIT! But keep watching for me. You are truly a sad excuse for a human being!

The people who believe Belichick will be a great college coach are many of the same people who think Pat Peterson and Honey Badger need to coach our DB's, just because they were great DB's too.

Had this happened before NIL & the transfer portal, I would definitely be in agreement that Belichick would fail. I just feel a lot of the people writing this off are not paying or haven't been paying close enough attention.
For starters, Belichick has spending time traveling across the country the past year going several major colleges. He's visited with coaches & administrators, checked out facilities, watched practices & watched film & practices. Matter of fact, he had just spent the weekend around LSU for the Vanderbilt game. Belichick has done his homework.
Secondly, Belichick isn't stupid. He's bringing in one staff strictly for football & another for recruiting. He's not going to be a main recruiter guy, just a finisher. He also realizes he is old so watch him bring in staff who can relate to & understand younger kids. If he does that then all he has to do is do what he does best & just focus on X's & O's.
Next, UNC has never shown a major commitment to football yet Belichick got UNC to up their NIL collective from being based at $4 million to dedicating $20 Million towards NIL in football. That's huge. I'm sure he is also going to work on getting them to spend towards facilities as well.
Last but not least, if he does have any questions or needs advice on college football, he just so happens to have a best friend who is the GOAT.

And that guy quit because of the current environment.
A notorious hardass like Belichick will likely not succeed in today's game, and he's already at a disadvantage being at a program like UNC.
He'll probably have some early success like Deion but it won't be sustainable, this is Urban Meyer to the Jags in reverse.

What disadvantage? You mean like getting the administration to commit $20 million to NIL from just $4 million previously? That's something that wouldn't happen with any ole hire at UNC.
You do know the Carolinas are a hotbed for football talent right? It's also going to be easy to dip into Florida & Georgia for talent as well.

His contract is for 5 years so Belichick is banking on early success.

We'll see if that actually happens or not, there are a lot of things said about NIL and it's hard to know what's true.
I personally wouldn't take Belichick over BK though.

I don't think Belichick takes the job without UNC being fully committed to upping their NIL collective in football.

No argument from me here. BK is what the program needed after Orgeron despite what some say on here.
