Pringles is offering a one-of-a-kind promotion that sounds just too weird to be true.
Potato chip fans can enter for a chance to win a custom urn shaped like the iconic Pringles chip can and a 200-year supply of Pringles.

The campaign was inspired by the real-life story of Fredric Baur, the inventor of the Pringles can, whose ashes were buried in one of the containers after his death in 2008, according to the company.

You are 100% correct. The product is not a chip. It's a Pringle
The potato chip industry won the lawsuit in (I think) 1975-76. The publicity was gigantic. By this time Pringles didn't gaf. The public did not care if it was chip.
