That doesn't mean they can do whatever the frick they want. They have their own evidentiary standards, and a failure or repeated failures to abide by their own standards to the detriment of another would lead to a wellspring of litigation.

This is all Allevas dumb arse had to do last year

Instead, he botched the whole situation as poorly as was possible.

Looks like an awful lot of nothing. Everyone has their stance and neither side is gonna change their view on it, but hopefully this will all be put behind us soon in an official capacity. This weak arse smear campaign is just ridiculous and pathetic at this point.

It makes me feel good to know the college basketball world fears our coach to this extent.

Does anyone else wonder if Wade is working With the FBI somehow and they have given him an “all clear” to those that need to know behind the scenes?

LSU seems to be "all in" on Wade. Though I've fussed and complained, he is the coach so I'm "all in" too.

I'm shocked.

I think it brought one new thing to light Dawkins thinks Will Wade is a "gangsta."

You were wrong

No clue what went on behind the scenes but this is the 2nd time his name came up in the leak. To think that the NCAA wasnt going to be all over this is ignorant.

Yeah buddy. That NCAA sure was "all over this" and came down hard on Wade last year. We were all so ignorant...Oh wait. No that was you.

You constantly defended Alleva's and King's dumbass actions last year, when they were all for naught.

I think the NCAA is most afraid of what would come out in discovery during a lawsuit. The Blue Bloods Kentucky, North Carolina, Kansas and Duke would all be revealed and the NCAA hand would be forced.

I have a feeling Wade's current lawyer knows where "the bodies are buried", and can prove it. Remember, he also represents miller at Arizona, and he hasn't gone anywhere either. Miller sounded as bad or worse than Wade on the tapes imo.

I was pretty clear. I even quoted your assumption that proved to be bogus. If anything, the results of last year proved the NCAA is afraid to dig too deep.
