Top to bottom and start over completely. Every coach gone. Let the new guy pick his entire staff.
Woodward should have been fired yesterday.

predict Sloan goes somewhere and is very successful
Not if he keeps calling 4 yd outs on 3rd and 7

That was done because the defense was in the backfield in 1.5 seconds

WHY???? Does Sloan have something on him??? How on earth could he possibly want Sloan to be the play caller
My theory is Kelly handcuffed him with Nuss & knows it, so he did this because he felt guilty over being the POS he now realizes he is.
Rare moment of clarity. Good for him.
I should qualify: Sloan still sucks.

After Woodward told the head coach to fire his play caller, Kelly fired back that he wanted to make other staff moves Woodward wasn’t comfortable with. The situation then escalated, with the head coach pushing back hard against his boss.
Woodward: "Fire Sloan"
Kelly: "No, but I'll sacrifice fire Brad Davis"
Woodward: "Second thought, you're fired"
Then the Rant runs with the rumors that Woodward refused to fire Brad Davis. It wasn't about Brad Davis.
