Are you playing the "successful victim "card? If so, it's tired...and boring.

I don’t hate it but I can’t watch it. Such a badly played product for the most part. The missed layups send me over the edge. The lack of jumping is a sign of intramural mediocrity.

What silverware pattern is your preference? I’m sure Coach Mulkey could provide it.

I’ll watch a women’s hoops game over a baseball game any day. I’d rather watch paint dry before a baseball game. Thats my choice, to each his own .

Gymnastics is our most successful sport right now. It's not even close.

Girl's basketball is unwatchable trash.

That's pretty much how I feel as well. But I never go out of my way to comment on the myriad of baseball threads on this board, to tell everyone how poor of a product it is (and believe me, it is). Baseball is MUCH more boring than women's basketball, but I still root for LSU to win, no matter the sport.

That's what's so weird about all the manbabies on this board who literally comment on a thread about OUR women's basketball team, just to let us know how much they hate it or how "unwatchable" it is (even though we have over 10K "watch" games in the PMAC every home game).

Are you challenged? Did you even read what the other dumbass wrote about women’s sports?

Lets just be clear your argument is so strong that you feel the need to call people ignorant in your last post and challenged and dumbass in this post.

Maybe you dont know that a team full of 14 and 15 year old high school boys beat our US Women's national soccer team - LINK

Or the fact that our LSU womens basketball team regularly scrimmages against former high school basketball players (boys) who aren't currently playing for anyone or who have a coach and the boys routinely beat the girls.

How about watching a sport that doesn’t involve a ball?

So like track a field? I don't want to upset you but when you're ready, please compare boys high school T&F times to women's college times.

Better yet go try to do 1 event in gymnastics or out run any of the women sprinters on the LSU T&F team.

This discussion isnt about the average over 40 male competing with college athletes who train day in and day out. And its also not about people being able to compete in something they've had no training in like the balance beam against someone who specializes in that. You say that the gymnasts are the best athletes on campus and expect others to compete with them on the balance beam - hey how about we have them hit a 90mph fastball 400'? Or how about we line them up against one of our WR's and ask them to cover them? It's a terrible argument.

I would chip in my reasons, but for some reason, the admins have decided to suspend me when I “bash women’s sports”, even as others start entire threads about “bashing women’s sports” with impunity.

there are a lot of trolls on here, if you haven't noticed. Real LSU fans will follow all successful LSU programs....whether it be softball, girl's basketball, gymnastics....etc.

You must not be familiar with 1988. Old guy, grumpy, knows it all attitude on here. Truth is that he is a loser, lacks social skills, and is just mad at the world most days, and blames everyone else but himself. Probably a narcissist that has finally run out of people to be around his bs.

There is I think a surprising misconception among a fairly significant percentage of LSU fans as to the overall popularity of college baseball. While it's wildly popular here that is not really the case at all in most of the rest of the country and in fact women's basketball that is routinely lampooned and belittled here is more popular by every metric, attendance, television ratings - whatever.

I know that....................................................and you know that. But, let the baseball fanatics on this board tell it, and you'd swear baseball was still the national pasttime. LOL!

It’s like some of them can’t stand the fact that women’s basketball gets a lot of attention on this board.
