I’m as tough on coaches as anyone, but we haven’t been doing this against any level of competition the last several years. Credit is due. Team looks real good powered by these freshman.

As a freshman he also had a .376 OBP.
He was doing well last year with a .351 average and a .429 OBP.
Started this season off well too. To claim he can’t hit and shouldn’t play is just the kind of moronic post I expect from the very ignorant baseball “fans.”

Either or...
Bottom line is lsu without poche and lange....we don't sniff the cws...just like cam Newton, without him back in 2012 or whenever, auburn loses 3 or 4 games that yr. He single handedly won a title for auburn. Poche/Lange same thing for lsu getting to finals.

We made several defensive errors and couldn't hit through that season, we've had a few better teams that didn't make the cws because we couldn't win a game 1-0, 2-1, 3-2....in 2017 poche/Lange gave lsu this ability...luckily we rode those two like 2 dollar whores in Tijuana during the season and post season. ....lsu won a bunch of low scoring a games that year....
