I think Stringer could be good in a running offense.

I am hoping he brings some energy off the bench. I think last year he started playing really hard on defense. Im hoping he continues that and he is able to hit some shots on offense. late in the year his driving really opened up the offense and he was able to pass out of the paint to some wide open shooters.

I'm still excited about this team. You can be effective with three smallish guards who can shoot it and a tough tweener who's not afraid to rebound. I think we put up lot of threes and lot of shots in general. JOB will have a chance to show his face up game and he will tell the tale. If he can shoot 45% and score 17-20 PPG to go with 10 Reb we will win a lot games when the shots fall. I'm not sure about JJones defensive principals but I predict we will be fun to watch...

You and me both. I really think we can do some damage if some of these players play up to their potential and we play to our strengths.

Sure we don't have much low post presence, but why do we need it? Lets play fast paced, take chances on defense, and make other teams make mistakes.

He is all about pressure, pressure, pressure. Look for a ton of man defense with very high pressure.

I could see that.

I think Hickey, Carmouche, Coleman and JOB are set. It will be interesting if a guard or a post player is the 5th person. Not that it matters too much who starts.

I think it would be smarter to start 4-guard/swing types over starting Courtney/Ludwig because if you think about it if you want 2 bigs to get starting type minutes, that just means we'll have to play Tuba that much more to relieve them because we'll only have 1 big on the bench (before Tuba) to relieve both of them. If you start only 1 big we have 2 bigs on the bench before Tuba who can help relieve minutes. Have to play to our strengths, and putting Tuba on the floor for anything more than a few minutes a game will be disastrous.

I think they have 3 guys to play the 2 positions in Jalen, Eddie and JOB. But I do think they will add in a winger such as Hammink or coleman to play alongside one of those guys, especially if JOB is in.

Coleman and Hammink are two players that I am interested to see play, as much as any player I can remember in a while.

Mainly because of the JUCO/International factor, they are kind of a mystery.

The crazy thing is, I was so excited about Malik Morgan not long ago, now he isn't even in my mind... We may not be filled with star talent besides JOB and Hickey, but we certainly have some good role players to move us into the future.

just looked at the schedule. I think we will 5-5 at the end of 2012. If we do better than that, maybe then there is some hope.

Is this a troll attempt or are you that dumb?

2012 Games:
UC Santa Barbara
McNeese St.
Northwestern St.
Mississippi Valley St.
Seton Hall
Chattanooga
Boise St
UC Irvine
Marquette
Houston Baptist

Please show me 5 losses in that group.

I said if we do better than 5-5 we have hope. What I mean is if we do 5-5 we r fricked.

Agree to disagree. I think we are 8-2 or 7-3 (at worst) after 2012.

Agreed, honestly I think it all boils down to his mindset.

Thing is in high school and younger he would play with a good mean streak, I don't know if its because of the competition or what but it has not been the same attitude from what he had when he was younger.

He hated Trent especially when he would only get one chance to frick up even after getting strong rebounds and hickey and some of the guys Trent loved could frick five times and then maybe take a seat.

Yet we have put out 2 of the best college players ever in Pistol Pete and Chris Jackson and we have put out one of the most dominating big men ever in Shaq.
