it gets the crowd fired up. That helps with momentum, and I assume would help with recruiting. (Kids want to play in a stadium thats fired up to watch them play)

1. Get your Troops in place to be the most effective ie verge and others lined up to be part of your regime: Fire Bo Bahnsen and make sweeping changes to compliance to match Bama and Clemson’s.
1B Put a conclusion to the will Wade situation.
2. Hire Kim Mulkey. LSU women’s basketball is costing the athletic department 4 million dollars and an empty Pmac is a big part of the issue. There is no excitement at all.
3. Have a chat with Mainieri. Let it be known Omaha is the expectation. gage him on the long term.

5. Get to know Coach O and get a update on his vision on the LSU football program. Ask him what’s needed to be successful.
6. Setup a Fan panel on changes Needed for LSU game day. I think there is one in place But collaborate and put some things in motion.

8. Make the Hayfield Lot Free again
9. Let O know you can hire more analysts if needed. Same with Mainieri.

I seriously can't believe it. Hopefully that's on Woodward's list of things to make happen. They did those polls where they asked people about concessions and the results were negative. Hopefully Woodward sees that and awards a new contract to a new vendor. There's only so many times you can hear about long lines, horrid service, cold nachos and lack of bottled water before you really question, why??

Can we keep a running list? Keep the pressure to get frickstick King out of Baton Rouge. Be ready to make a splash baseball hire if PM goes. Revive the atmosphere in Tiger Stadium. Keep tabs on Fisher (I’m still a big Orgeron fan), give Wade extension and raise, upgrade Alex box, update the basketball facilities and basically give Wade what he wants, upgrade a few football facilities. You could probably list 50 things, and I’m very glad we have Woodward to do it.

New natatorium... only sport that hasn’t had an upgrade and it is a major disadvantage for recruiting. If you’re going to keep the sport then stop doing band aids to a facility built out of cinder blocks in 1985....still no heat or a/c. Can’t host SEC’s or regional competitions because it’s a POS
