They lost in OT to ranked TN and TX. And also lost to #3 A&M and Fla by 2
MVB lost to Fla (by 17), Arkansas (by 33), TX, (by 22), TN & MO (by 19), Ole Miss (by 12), UGA & TX (by 10)
He had 11 TDs to 7 Ints
And rushed for (-)12 yds on the season
And left because he was back on the bench, to a guy that doesnt beat a lot of SEC teams either

The common thread is the persistent losses, whether by big or little margins. Something is wrong with the football program there that's deeper than just QB. They are improving this year, but maybe they're playing better defense and could be on the cusp of winning games

The coaching staff is just following language that is certainly written into one of Nuss's NIL agreements. I hope this is the end of us allowing NIL deals to be signed with guaranteed playing time.
