This thread is showing how dumb y’all are. The presidents job is way more than athletics and obviously there’s not much he can do about crime in Baton Rouge. But yet here y’all are praising a guy who has very little control over athletics purely because Woodward hired good coaches.
Can anyone tell me literally 1 thing Tate has done that doesn’t involve athletics?
I wish you had to take an IQ test to get a username, but then Chicken would be broke.

He's better than I thought he'd be. The campus is still pretty woke. Lot's of "inclusivity". I do some WAE contracting for LSU and it's hard to miss the wokeness, but most campuses are.

Next time maybe this board will give a black man a chance to disprove ur preconceived notions of the type of leader that person is/will be without knowing all the facts and not just believing what u hear on other boards or this board of rumor and theories

Tate's work for a solid decade on CRT was well documented here. Tate has done a great job, but you are not winning that battle.

Even though he worked on CRT, most of u have no idea what CRT is about but want it banned and assumed he would change the entire LSU education curriculum to incorporate it but he has proved all of u doubters wrong, so not trying to win a war, just stating what this board’s reaction was to his initial hire, go back and read all the negative comments about his hire from this board

Everyone in here being all high and mighty about the non-athletic side of LSU when no one would give a shite about LSU post-grad if athletics weren't a thing.
