Will we see the purple jerseys this year?

Purple jerseys are typically reserved for non-conference games. With the season being conference only, will/when do we see the purple jerseys? Will we see the gold jerseys?

We have the best uniform in sports. Gold hat, white shirts, gold pants. We should only deviate from this when forced to by the opponent. Just like the double goal post, yard lines marked every 5 yards, and night games. Those uniforms are our trademark, and shouldn't be screwed with.

The "Bring back the magic" white jerseys are a PR move after 5 years of losing seasons. It was NOT Dinardo's idea...it was marketing. I asked him myself.

Prior to the NCAA forcing the home teams to wear dark jerseys it most certainly was an LSU tradition. DiNardo's reign brought back white jerseys back to Death Valley (as long as the opposing team didn't object - which Vanderbilt most certainly did at the time).
It's good to see "The Eye of the Tiger" at midfield again too. Our field looked like a bunch of sissies designed it when Hallman and DiNardo coached. The diagonal lines in the end zones truly sucked!

I love our traditional gold/white/gold look as well, but wearing the white/purple/white 2 games per season is not a bad idea. The players love it and it’s nice to change things up sometimes.

I won't being seeing any LSU jerseys as long as the spineless, cowardice Admin continues to kneel to the Marxist.
