You really know a lot, Crowton does not teach blocking at all by the offensive line. Have you ever played football?

The OC is responsible for coordinating the pass blocking so that the linemen, running backs, and quarterback, are all on the same page. This year we constantly had the QB running into the wrong places, pissing off linemen who thought they had shoved the defender into the correct place, and we had running backs who couldn't seem to block anybody on blitzes ... all while the OC refused to stop calling pass plays out of formations that could not afford a sensible degree of pass protection. Have you ever played football?

Any time you have an O-Lineman consistently knocked on his back or pushed into the backfield, then you have the wrong lineman playing.T-Bob consistently gets dominated. You never see Lonergan get dominated when he is in the game. In the Tulane game, Lonergan pancaked his man 4 times in just the 4th quarter. T-Bob got pancaked twice. Definitely need to better evaluate the talent on O-Line.

aglandry you really really hate Tbob. I dont think I have ever seen a poster that rips on one and only one player all the time. Please tell me you are related to Lonergan or are best friends with him because you are delusional. Hebert is not on his back all game and the fact that you refernce Lonergan playing well against Tulanes 2nd and 3rd string dlinemen is hilarious. I have seen Tbob make some pretty huge blocks for us this year for td runs like against Georgia and Bama. Sorry but your boy Lonergan will be behind Tbob for the next two years unless hebert gets hurt. Support the players

Agreed the younger lineman played the best this year. I thought T- Bob did good and continued to get better.

Personally, I think Hurst and Blackwell would have been a mean combo at RG and LG this year. They are both well over 300 lbs if I am not mistaken. Would have given some much needed size to the o-line.

Is there anyway Moffit can add about 30 lbs to both T-bob and Josh D. this offseason?

Blackwell will do great on the oline next year. He should have been starting this year but everyone knows how loyal Miles is to the seniors. Tbob is 285lbs wasn't Helms like 250? Technique is more important than size

I have serious concerns about the ability of our line to progress significantly- we need to change players at some positions

What about Rick Trickett at Florida State? Now that Bowden has retired, maybe Fisher will go in a different direction and Trickett may be available.........

Jimbo and Trickett go way back, you won't get Rick. Plus this kid gave a verbal to Fla. St.

Common sence, you sir give the appearance of someone else's alter ego who is trying to get a rise out of me. Nice try.

I don't hate T-Bob but apparently you must have missed all the post on the rant that have been negative about T-Bob. Seems that alot of folks have noticed his play. What I resent, is his daddy being critical of the coaching staff while his son is playing for LSU. When Bobby makes statements that the offense starts with the center. That in order to have a good offense you have to have a good center;then, I think he is being intellectually dishonest if he doesn't criticize his son who is the center of this BAD offense. He shouldn't be critical of the coaching , unless he calls his son out for his shortcomings. I believe that if LSU gets a new O-Line coach, Lonergan will start over T-Bob. For the record, Tulane had their 1st string D-Line in the game on LSU's 98 yd drive. We didn't have T-Bob.

For the record, AGLANDRY is PJ's Grandpa. THis is the 1st time I post but have been following AG's comments for awhile. I have never seen so much hatred for the Hebert family from (1) guy in my life.

Furthermore, AG's agenda is quite evident by just reading through his past entries. He tries to disguise his true agenda once in a while by trying to throw in other players in the mix, but his consistent target is T-Bob. One day he will learn that it does not do any good by trying to trash another player constantly to make his favorite player look better. I was not a huge T-Bob fan before the season, but he has progressed & he is a Warrior knowing the significant injury he was coming off of last year.

Another thing AG, after reviewing your postings, you say the same stuff over & over. Sound like a broken record. You are a piece of work for sure. Amazing how you try in vane to drag T-Bob's Pops in a negative way into the mix. Just read through your past postings and you will see how CRITICAL YOU have been on certain members of the Coaching Staff. And you SIR, are a family member of a player. Shame on you. I am also believing that you resent the Saints beause of Bobby. That's just silly.
