Worst case scenario that I have heard is a half mill of missing money. That is pennies on the scale of what you are talking about. So that alone shoots down your theory.
You have literally no evidence and have posted complete lies that Wade is being investigated as part of the Funes case.
You have linked the secret service story, which is not relevant as they are a common investigator in financial crimes.
So, show us on the doll where Funes touched you.

Based on the type of money LSU laid out from a lower level recruit like Smart, I would have to revise my estimate of annual payroll up substantially. No one entity in B.R. is large enough to cover the nut. There must be several.
I suspect the price for top football and basketball recruits has skyrocketed since 2007. I suspect that there are sophisticated financial operations at every major school that have popped up. It is unsustainable.

Addidas did not have enough money to make strong a** offer to every top 50 recruit in college basketball. That was only one source of funding.
