They aren’t just dumb a lot of the time they are the worst in the conference. We come off as the least knowledgeable sometimes and worst tempered. I know it’s not all of us but our bad ones are the worst. Basketball might as well be Cantonese to these tards.

We've picked the wrong time of year to be playing putrid ball.
I know all of this. But I'm not a child so I'm capable of looking at the big picture. This team always had a low ceiling and played way above its ceiling to begin SEC play. Our lack of depth and a couple of key injuries (and continued shitty defense) have brought us back closer to reality. And even with all of the doom and gloom we're damn close to a tourney lock in what was always going to be a rebuilding and/or "down" year.

Maybe...but i don't have to tell you that we could easily lose out and if that happened....we would most certainly not make the tournament. I honestly don't see how we are close to a lock at 2-5 in the last 7. I keep telling myself after each game we can't play that bad again on D...then we do.

That’s because you don’t know how the tournament is selected. We are absolutely on the very edge of being a lock. And that is by every metric and every site’s projections. And to say we could easily lose out is maybe the dumbest thing posted in this thread and that is saying something.

They’ve been a weak/bad defense for all three years of Wade’s tenure. His 3 year defensive efficiency average is worse than Jones’s 6 year average. If he is spending 95% focusing on defense and STILL getting that result then what the frick are they doing? Either whatever Wade is teaching isn’t getting through (not just to this team, but all his teams at LSU) or his approach is completely ineffective.

No one even knows what is on the alleged full Wade tapes. And no one ever will. I have a good feeling that if Wade was making those calls before he is not now
