That's kind of what I feel like is going to happen. Les will be allowed one more year with the understanding that it will be SEC Championship or bust. LSU is taken a beating today nationally over this potential move.

If they do after the way they planted and allowed these rumors to fester for a full week then they should all be fired.

Funny how all the media jokes suddenly support Les. Not so long ago he was the reason we were laughed at regularly.

Get those clicks and eyes you idiots.

Yes.

After letting things get to this point, if LSU fires Miles, what coach is going to want this job?

You think Jimbo wants to accept the LSU job while answering questions about how he 'pushed Miles out' for the next 2-3 years? Same goes for Chip Kelly or any other 'name' coach.

If the athletic department / TAF had intended to fire Miles, they have botched the PR on this move horrendously.

A coach who thinks he can succeed with the talent that Miles has failed with.

One who wants to make $5 million a year. You'd be surprised how big the market is for guys that want to make that kind of money.

Les has been here for 11 years. It's not like we are constantly running off our coaches.

The fact is that he survived 09 and got a second wind as a coach. This was a pretty good gig for him.

Alleva can pick up the phone and call the advocate or 104.5 or whoever he wants and say these reports are BS.

That never happened. There wasn't even a weaker "vote of confidence" that came out. Just silence.

THIS!!! Screw those idiots. This is one of the major reasons I hate the media. They take jabs at him constantly and fan the flames only to turn around and act like he's the greatest ever and is being pushed out for no reason. The media are the biggest hypocrites and instigators in the world and are always stirring shite up

If they bend to pressure from the media which have the opposite of our best interest in mind they should be fired.

The AD shouldn't bend at the whim of paul fricking finebaum.
