Due to pending federal litigation, my counsel has advised me not to make any statements at this time.

Eh Rousse did the same at the SEC meeting, and Lane is also named in the suit explicitly due to his Clemson halftime comments so it’s both ridiculous and stupid and probably solid legal advice
