Will Kevin Faulk's name eventually end up on the stadium?

With Cannon and Casanova?
I ask because, for the younger generation of LSU fans who came of age in the 90's, Kevin is almost universally the answer to "Who is your favorite Tiger of all-time" and his recruitment and the fact that he came here when we were at our lowest point in program history and in a lot of ways began the "modern" era of LSU football I think could possibly lead to him receiving that honor at some point down the road when that younger generation of LSU fan is running TAF and such 25 years or so from now.

no. I definitely don't think so.

I certainly hope so.
This was HUGE for the turn around of our program.

This is actually a good question. I agree about coming of age in the 90's and loving kevin faulk. Gerry dinardo may have brought back the magic, but kevin faulk was the magician!!!!!!

Faulk,Dorsey,Landry, and Peterson. These guys names will be up there in the years to come.

Not only what he meant to the program, but go back and look at his career numbers. He is among the elite of the elite in SEC history.
If he played now with LSU established as a national power, he would be a Heisman favorite every year.

Loved KF, but no.
He never won anything better than the Peach Bowl.

His name should absolutely be up there with Cannon and Cassanova.

Horrible argument. He can't help the team and staff that was around him. By your definition, Jefferson is a better Tiger than Faulk was.
He absolutely deserves to be there one day.

I hope so. Definitely one of my favorite players growing up. Like you said, him coming to LSU meant a lot in that era.

Agree with every word of this. His numbers were incredible. If our program had the national recognition during his playing days as we have today, he would be regarded as an all-time great player. I don't see a reason why he doesn't deserve to be up along side Cannon and Casanova.

He absolutely deserves to have his name on the Stadium. He was amazing for LSU. My favorite Tiger player.

What about josh reed? He put up sick numbers and was awesome. I believe kevin faulk's should be also, for the reasons already stated

He deserves to be there.

If nor him, then who? If you all think he doesn't deserve it, who does? Among the SEC best, is the LSU best, and was consistently that good. If anyone deserves it in the "modern" era, it's KF.

Would definitely hope that KF's name gets put on the stadium, and I also hope they don't wait until he is old and gray to do so. He made it cool to stay in state and play for LSU again.
He also stayed all 4 years and got his degree from LSU, which shouldn't be overlooked.

It should. No argument in fact. Anyone who thinks otherwise doesn't understand his place in LSU or SEC record books and is forgetting his effect on the program. He was the most important player and recruit for an entire decade. Absolutely all time great Tiger.

Yes. Definately. He was an amazing tiger and had a wonderful NFL career also. I think Josh Reed will be also as far as I know he is the only belitnikoff winner we ever had and had a decent NFL career. I think having a lengthy NFL career is a big help for a guy. Jamarcus had good enough numbers while at Lsu but his NFL emplosion will definitely keep him off forever.
