It’s hard to believe now, but beating Alabama on Saturday would probably make everything better.

This is the second game where I’ve had to put spackle on my wall after my post game reaction.

The other time was seeing Texas go on the 7-0 run in the final minute to win by 3 a few weeks ago,

THAT was a butt ugly shot by a normally level headed PG. what was Pinson thinking with that dope headed shot. Could’ve stopped and popped 3 ft in front of a clear basket. I think even Pinson stopped and stared at his shot wondering WTF?

They BOTH hooked each other than that was what should have been called. Had that been called properly, LSU might well have won the game.

Most fouls called on us this year have clearly been fouls, IMO. I do not believe there is any conspiracy to screw LSUMBB. But that call was simply an error. And it cost us dearly.

The initial foul could have. That stuff happens all the time under the goal. They were hooking each other. What transpired after that was absolutely stupid. Not only did Wilkinson hook him after the initial contact by Arky player, but he held on and actually tried to pull him down. It was so obvious it couldn't be overlooked. To the refs credit, they called a few bad charges early in the game with Williams defending for arkansas. In the second half, all the calls went against him and he fouled out. It was a physical game, but you can't take someone down, and you can't hack someone with the ball at the end in that situation. Period.

So you don't think Wilkinson continued the hook and actually clamped on to him almost pulling him to the ground. It's like in football where the first guy pushes a player, then the second guy retaliates in front of the refs. They get the player retaliating every single time. It was stupid and undisciplined in that situation.

Hang in there, you'll grow up one day and quit hitting walls, breaking things, when things don't go your way.

He’s shooting 46% from 3 on the year. An open look from the corner for him is not a bad shot.

Agreed, the Dykes said it was a bad shot cause he has not seen LSU play enough. Open corner 3 by Wilkinson has been an good shot all year and was there too. He made a big one against A&M late earlier this year and hit one earlier in the game last night.

Yes but his 46% is on open looks. And that’s what he had. Wasn’t a bad decision. He just missed and that happens sometimes. I won’t excuse his dumb fouls at the end though

The non charges were infuriating

I agree that most fouls called on us are legit but the lack of fouls called and when the fouls are called on the other team is the problem.

That's why they review the play. Earlier they called the hook and hold on Arkansas after the review. They could have called it on both and not which one looked scarier.

This is exactly correct, if he takes shots in volume, those numbers would trend down.

Missing shot after shot under the goal is the problem I see as the biggest. THere were five shots from under the basket in one sequence and none fell. If ONLY one had!
