Funny, the numbers doesn't say that when JLee was playing the first few games this year.
Jefferson ruined this offense.
We saw what they can do with a pocket QB. Miles made the huge mistake of sticking with frickhead for way too long.

There is no possible way that a-hole is an lsu fan.
It's one thing to call yourself "objective", it is another to basically openly cheer and support the demise of the program like Moustache and Deathrider are doing.

What do you think Miles told those receivers when he was recruiting them? Do you think Randle would have signed if he had known?
Didn't he tell them this year that he was going with two quarterbacks?
Credibility?

Miles was finally about to get out of this QB debacle with the emergence of LEE.
Then decides thats to easy for him reverts to last year's offense.
Credibility after that = 0

Someone (GFunk perhaps) once astutely pointed out that substituting Jefferson for Lee didn't merely change the personnel at a single position, it altered the entire offense we were running. We transitioned from a fairly dynamic pro-style offense under Lee to a fairly constipated ans predictable quasi-spread option under Jefferson. Strangely, we systematically made our offense worse by doing so. I have to agree with Prom on this.

Which everyone has been blaming GC for the past 2 years. Maybe, just maybe, it was our HC and his strange love affair for a terrible QB.

Maybe Mettenberger isn't as good as everyone thinks he is...

why we did this....I'll never understand.

surely we won't be trotting out the same type of shitty offense that we saw this year?
One certainly would think so, but I'm a "show me" not "tell me" guy. We'll only know this answer come September. I hope Randle doesn't leave, but I certainly understand his frustration. He looks at his contemporaries such as A.J. Green or Julio Jones (i.e. #1 WR prospects) and sees what became of thier college careers. Then he looks at how he has essentially been an afterthought at LSU for 3 years (blame goes to the QB's and coaching staff equally). I

yea man i thought most people could just watch what our offense did last year and compare to the beginning of this year and be happy about that?
I was extremely disapointed and knew this could be a reason why we could lose the champ game.
Then when Bama had entered back into the picture i knew this is how we would lose this game.
Miles who knows what he is looking at other than maybe he had some pre-determined notion to sit LEE.

The only explanation is that Miles is damn stubborn and wanted JJ to play to show up the fan base.

all i've heard for the last 7 seasons is how the players love Les and love playing for him.....now one players is saying he may leave and the entire team hates him.
