Understand that. Even without the pandemic and the impact of it, making that kind of a switch is going to take some time. This is why that switch is usually only made when a team is already in the dumps.

A different time different type of athlete.Pelini is from a different school he lost his ability to communicate effectively with players, that’s one and he refused to change his defense to fit the players
