Pretty normal with a left hander at the plate. Takes away the drag bunt.

You can still drag with 2 strikes and anything coming off the bat to 3rd is going to be a slow roller. Again, that's pretty normal positioning with a lefty at the plate.

He seemed to play ahead of the bag. That should've been routine.

The single up the middle should've been a play at SS too. Not sure why Milam wasn't in double play depth shading toward the middle a bit more.

There was already 1 out in a 2 run game, in the 8th!, with a runner on first.

No way you're trading an out to get a single runner in scoring position down 2 with only 5 outs left in the game.

And you're not chancing a drag bunt especially in that situation with 2 strikes.

Or at least it appeared the LR coach was not dumb enough to do any of that. That dude seemed to know his stuff.
