Why the hell was DJ Welter playing so much last night?

Dude was ineligible all year then walks right into pt as if he's some type of beast linebacker.
Looked slow and small too. Not to mention he was taking away reps from our best and most consistent player on defense.
What was the deal with this?

Minter had to get an iv which is when welter was playing

He's the backup MLB. When Minter was out, he had to go in.

Watching Welter in the Spring game, I thought he looked like one of the better defensive players on the team.

Tiny? Slow?? Weak? Seriously you are a slow learner. The dude is 6'1" 225 and ran a 4.4 (yes I saw him runa sub 4.5 aka 4.4) out of highschool and was flying around the field. And he's probably smarter than you if I had to bet. If you had any idea the truth behind why he was ineligible this season you could talk.

he was only flying around when he tried to make a tackle and the ball carrier threw him aside
he is about 200lbs and terrible
and im sure he was ineligible because the professors decided he was just too smart

I wonder where all of the RS10 apologists are at? Here are attacks on a player, and no one is bashing the board for pointing out the obvious. Maybe because he wasnt a 5* recruit.
