You just said exactly they will transfer unless you handle it the right way. Giving nuss as extra year does nothing for him losing the job to walker or vice versa.

Max will be the third string QB on this roster behind Nuss and Howard. The fact that people can’t see that Max is not that good is fricking mind blowing to me.
